Changes in the Allocation of Funds for Scientific Events

New rules come into effect in January 2015. Scientific committees will be established within the faculties (hereinafter — SC), with relevant records regarding their work. After establishment of SC the HSE Committee for the Review of applications for holdind and / or financial support of conferences, seminars, symposiums and other scientific events will determine the budget and give all applications for 2015.

The following vice-deans for science are responsible for SC’s work:

A. Sobolevsky — Faculty of Сomputer Science;
A. Mavletova — Faculty of Social Sciences;
I. Kiria — Faculty of Communications, Media and Design;
I. Kovalev — Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs;
M. Boytsov — Faculty of Humanities;
D. Karabekyan — Faculty of Economic Sciences;
I. Volkova — Faculty of Business and Management;
S. Uvaysov — Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics;
L. Prokudina — Faculty of Law;
A. Gorodentsev — Faculty of Mathematics

The aforementioned Department for organization and support of scientific conferences and seminars, will lend full support to the preparation of scientific events (only after receiving the recommendation of SC to support the event)

In the case that the budget on the application exceeds 500,000.00 RUB of financial support for a scientific event, your application will be transferred for review from SC to the HSE Committee for the Review of Applications for holding and / or Financial Support of Conferences, Seminars, Symposiums and other Scientific Events.
